Bootcamps

Bootcamps are group classes that are composed of:

  • A dynamic warmup (10-15min)
  • Strength training (15-20min)
  • A med-high intensity conditioning section (15-30min).

Each day has a different focus; different muscle groups are used each day, new skills are introduced and practiced each day, and intensity levels will vary day to day.  The goal of the coach is to first teach proper technique.  Once there is a strong foundation in movement patterns, then the coach may suggest that small weights may be added to a movement.  Weight selection is ultimately chosen by you (the member)!

Bootcamps are geared for those seeking new challenges & learning new skills thus improving overall physical and mental strength. Bootcamp classes use dumbbells, kettlebells, sandbags, barbells, pullup bars, jumpropes, assault bikes, rowers, and ski ergs.

MEMBERSHIPS:

  • 9 classes/month: $180/month 
  • 13 classes/month: $230/month 
  • Unlimited/month: $250/month 

FAMILY MEMBERSHIPS (age 14+):

  • Unlimited $400/month for 2 family members
  • 13 classes/month: $380/mo for 2 family members
