BOOTCAMPS
Experience the energy of our Bootcamp group classes designed to challenge and inspire you. Each session includes a dynamic warmup lasting 10 to 15 minutes, followed by 15 to 20 minutes of strength training, and culminates in a high-intensity conditioning section that lasts between 15 to 30 minutes.
Every day brings a fresh focus, featuring strength movements that may include barbell exercises like squats and deadlifts, as well as Olympic lifts and more. We introduce and practice new skills daily, ensuring that intensity levels vary to keep you engaged. You have the freedom to choose your weights and determine your own pace!
Our coaches prioritize teaching proper technique, encouraging new members to start slow and master the movement patterns. Once you build a solid foundation and gain confidence, you’ll naturally progress to heavier weights.
Bootcamps are perfect for those eager to embrace new challenges and develop skills that enhance both physical and mental strength. Our classes utilize a variety of equipment including dumbbells, kettlebells, sandbags, barbells, pull-up bars, jump ropes, assault bikes, rowers, and ski ergs.


EM45
Experience the energy of our Em45 classes, a dynamic 45-minute workout that blends cardio and light weights for an exhilarating fitness journey. We kick things off with a 10-minute dynamic warmup to get your body ready and introduce the movements of the day. Then, dive into 35 minutes of time-based exercises, where you’ll tackle 45 seconds of intense work followed by a refreshing but brief 15 seconds of rest.
Our movement patterns are designed to be accessible yet effective, featuring exercises like box step-ups, box jumps, kettlebell swings, sled pushes, TRX movements, box dips, and a variety of dumbbell movements and so much more!
Our encouraging coaches and upbeat music create an atmosphere that will leave you feeling energized and sweaty!
